We weren't exactly roughing it - we had all the hot water you could ask for as well as delicious meals and a dry place to sleep.

I went way out of my comfort zone and joined a mission trip last month to Houma Louisiana where we worked on houses damaged by hurricanes and flooding. The people were so warm and wonderful. I feel I received so much more than I gave. (no, not me in pic - a team mate who worked tirelessly and kept up group moral to boot).
